Terrible communication time and follow through on when I was told I would receive information. The take home technical I took was described inaccurately to me. I followed up afterward but received zero feedback or response and was ultimately ghosted halfway through the interview process. Red flags galore. Especially disappointing coming from a company that is doing important and ethical work.

Was contacted by their recruiter 2 weeks after I applied and sent their calendar to fill out my availability. I filled it out right away and didn't hear back after 5 days so I inquired, only to be told that their HR team sent me an invite. I never received anything (including in my Spam folder) I tried to schedule another meeting but was told they were super busy. I inquired again and was told that I told them I was no longer available. What I told them is that I wasn't available on the Friday they suggested we meet. The whole experience made them look very disorganized and unprofessional which is great since I don't want to work for a low-quality employer anyway.

6 Rounds of interviews/challenges:
1) Initial screening interview (30 minutes)
2) Technical interview (30 minutes)
3) Take home technical challenge (1 day)
4) Follow-up on technical challenge (90 minutes)
5) Screening by CTO
6) Screening by Founders
Made it through all 6 rounds only to be completely ghosted for over a month.
** Do not put your time or effort into this "inclusive" company. **
They make you jump through tons of hoops, only to 180 and stop messaging you out of nowhere. Extremely unprofessional.
They also asked for references (twice!) whom they never bothered to contact.
