I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PreCheck (Alamogordo, NM) in Jan 2016
Interview
Testing at the unemployment office followed by 2 interviews, the first is almost impossible to pass unless you are used to tough questions on interviews and another test on a computer about searching for information on google.
A rambling, unstructured conversation that had but one meaningful question. The rest of the questions are designed to see if you are the kind of person who might challenge the broken status quo. Independent thinkers are quickly run off because they threaten the established power structure that has burrowed themselves into well-paying do-nothing jobs. Don't expect them to get off that gravy train any time soon.
