I had 3 rounds of interviews. HR recruiter, hiring manager and next level manager. The last 2 were in person, the first in-person interviews I've had since Covid started. It didn't take long to schedule the interviews. After my last one I was told they'd have a decision by the end of the week, Monday at the latest, and I didn't hear anything back until I reached out a week later.
