I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Precision AQ (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
One of the most ridiculous interviews I’ve had the misfortune of experiencing. Started off with a call from a recruiter during which I was asked a random question about the war in Ukraine. Job searching is hard enough - leave the inane political questions out of it. This was followed by an interview with 2 directors during which the energy was quite strange - one looked upset to be there. Against my better judgement, I accepted an invite to the final interview which was a gruelling THREE HOUR ordeal with directors and multiple staff. I had to take time off work to attend this. Once again, I was being asked weird unrelated ethical/hypothetical questions about health economics conundrums. After the interview i followed up with a standard thank you email so that I could get feedback to help improve as I continued my job search. Disgustingly, it has been over 3 months and complete radio silence. Companies like this have no decency, courtesy or respect for people’s time and if you are an ethnic minority I would urge you to seriously consider before undergoing this process. They sent me an email after my initial interviews to confirm my race/ethnicity. Clearly, they had no intention to hire and were looking to fill their diversity quota.

Question 1
What do you think about the war in Ukraine (recruiter question)
Multiple round interviews with case and behavioral portions. Mostly professional but had an instance in a two-on-one interview where the team members were visibly messaging each other and masking their laughter.
