Interview
There was only a single interview after my application, resume, and transcripts were reviewed. It was only supposed to be an hour, 45 min of behavioral stuff with both lab managers, and a 15 min technical interview in the form of a short online quiz. It went for closer to 2 hours and 15 minutes due to questions being asked on both sides. All information was extremely helpful. Technical interview took about 20 min.

One question that they asked was about times you've made a mistake in the lab when no one is around, and what you did.
Another was a behavioral question about disagreements you've had with coworkers at past employments and how you handled the disagreement.
