Precision Resource interview questions

It was an interview done by two individuals and it was very straightforward. The CEO and the manager were both present for the interview at two separate times. They each asked some good questions. I would say the overall interview took about 3-4 hours.

Initial phone screening followed up by a one on one interview and plant tour with the plant manager. Upon successful completion of the first interview I was invited back for a panel interview with other senior managers in the organization. It was a very easy discussion based interview and it was obvious the other managers enjoyed working for the organization.
