I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Precision Scribes in June 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview with Jacob Jones. The phone interview was not very thorough at all. Jacob said it would take about 10-15 minutes but it was probably less than 5 minutes. He didn’t even tell me when they would need someone to start. Jacob was also very hard to get a hold of by email. I applied in June and Jacob emailed me the very next day but it took him forever to get back to my emails, and he still hasn’t responded to my last one. They told me they could not offer me a job because I lacked prior scribe experience (even though I applied for an entry level position in which the job description said I didn’t need any prior scribe experience), other healthcare experience, schedule availability, medical knowledge, and computer literacy. I have above a 3.9 GPA and I obtained the highest grade possible in Human Anatomy and Physiology as well as in Medical Terminology courses. I also know computer programming so I am quite literate when it comes to computers. I am also available everyday this summer as well as 5 days a week in the fall semester. They lost a great potential employee when they decided not to hire me.

Interview
I applied on the website and got an email asking to set up a phone interview about a month later. I had a very low key phone interview a few days later, the lady was very nice.
