Interview included the CEO, Director of Operations, and HR. The interview was very pleasant and enjoyable. The format was that of behavior based questions, but conversations about the company and its history, the services they provide, and the vision were discussed. Each panel member showed their passion and excitement for the next step in the company's growth.
You'll love CEO Mark too. He was very personable, willing to help, and open to questions before, during, and after the interview.
In the end, I accepted an offer out of state, but if I would've stayed in the greater Indianapolis area, I have no doubt that I would've been able to make an impact and enjoy working at PrecisionPoint!
