      Account Manager Interview

      6 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Precoa in July 2019

      Interview

They call to go over the job position and also describe the type of candidate they are looking for. The recruiter then sets up another interview with you. The interview was standard STAR questions. She then stated they will call back in a week to let you know the results whether you are moving forward to interview with the director or not. One week passes by and haven't heard from them. Left her an email 2 weeks later and still nothing. I see the job was reposted on Glassdoor and I emailed again after a month and she still didn't respond. Its very frustrating for candidates when a company/recruiter is inconsiderate of other people's time. First and foremost, candidates need companies just as much as the company needs candidates. If candidates were interviewed, it is simple to reach out afterwards and let them know that they are not moving forward. ESPECIALLY if your company core values revolves around KINDNESS! There was nothing kind about that especially since I sent an email twice and no response back. I don't mind if I wasn't chosen and I'm not being bitter about that, its the fact that I also gave some of my time for the interview and out of respect, shall candidates if they would move forward or not. This just shows the unprofessionalism of this company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

General questions about Tell me a time when you had a difficult project and how you were able to overcome difficult situations and what was the outcome? Time and management skills questions. Motivation questions. Also you need to know EXCEL. but honestly....don't even apply for this company...Go somewhere apply somewhere else. You don't want your career around funerals.

      Account Manager Interview

      11 Dec 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Precoa (New York, NY) in Oct 2018

      Interview

I went through three rounds of interview with two being on-site at the location. The hiring manager was wonderful and everyone had great questions for me. I left feeling somewhat confident. Flash forward 2 months and the recruiter has yet to send me any information about the position and it is really disrespectful and downright unprofessional to be ghosted by a potential employer especially after having two on-site in person interviews. If you are a recruiter please take advice and hand feedback via phone or an email to a candidate that didn't get the job. We won't bite and it leaves room to understand where improvement is needed.

      Account Manager Interview

      17 Sept 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Notre Dame, IN
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Precoa (Notre Dame, IN) in Sept 2014

      Interview

Employee randomly approached me at a career fair and gave me the company pitch. Went in the next day for an interview only to find it wasn't a corporate job but a independent, on the road sales job. The company culture seemed really laid back and cool. I just did not want to work in my car traveling to various organizations in the city right out of college.
