My Premas Interview Experience
I applied to Premas through LinkedIn. After clearing an initial HR screening call, I had a technical video interview that lasted about an hour. This round covered NGS, WES, pipeline development, AWS, Docker, and client troubleshooting.
A few days later, I was invited for a second technical round, where I had to present a topic assigned by the company in a PPT format and answer a series of technical questions.
Upon clearing the second round, I was invited for an onsite visit to meet the senior management team. This was followed by an online psychological test and a final video interview with the HR head. I was then asked to visit the office again to meet with the HR head in person.
The entire interview process spanned approximately a month. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email stating that they were moving forward with another candidate who was a better fit in terms of experience and skills.
