I applied to the job on Indeed, and was asked to provide a few dates/times I could interview. While they gave me the option to choose either in-person or Zoom, they seemed rather disappointed and/or annoyed that I chose Zoom. The interview lasted only about 15 minutes, in which I was connected with two members of the Premier staff. One of them did most of the speaking, the other one didn't say much at all. The interview mostly consisted of telling me how challenging the position would be, and the general "why do you want this job" kind of questions. They really harped on the fact that this job would never turn into a remote role, which I found rather odd since I never mentioned any preferences to working remotely. I have a feeling the interview would have gone much differently had I chosen the in-person interview.
