Very longwinded for a trainee role. Was made to do multiple power point presentations that I don't feel added any value to the process. It feels like they were trying to make out that they and the company were bigger and more important than they were. I was made to come in two or three times which was excessive for what boils down to a cold calling role.
This process involved 2 stages. One virtual and the other in person. The experience was good, I wasn’t kept waiting too long before I heard back. Make sure you go into this interview with lots of questions and really pick apart what your role will be.

Spoke with the Associate Director who was very friendly and then was introduced all the team that we're in the office who were very welcoming and talked through their experience which gave me a good feeling about the office culture.
