Interview
Informal chat with manager detailing my experience and how the hotel runs. Felt i was allowed to express my skills without any pressure of the standard questions. Feel i was given a good rundown of how the day to day schedule runs in the hotel from start of shift until end of the night.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Premier Inn (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
An in house sit down interview that took place in the restaurant/dining area. Met with the Hotel Assistant Manager, very personable (always a benefit) and a conversationalist at heart. We spoke about what the role entails and the current staff, some information was a little off-putting (regarding the staff specifically, they didn't seem too fond of them).
