I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Premio Foods (Spring Hill, FL) in May 2024
Interview
Two virtual interviews, then one 3 hour in person interview which included a tour of the facility. After that they had me complete 4 different assessments, none of which involved anything related to the position for which I was applying. One was on English grammar, one on excel, and another on English comprehension.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Premio Foods (Hawthorne, NJ) in Feb 2010
Interview
I had first and second interviews for this position - including taking time off from my then-current job both times, driving there in the middle of a treacherous blizzard for one of them and having to fight for a parking space amongst huge delivery tractor trailers when I got here. The interviews went well (obviously) and I was told a decision would be made within several days between myself and one other candidate. Despite following up twice when I didn't hear anything as promised - only to be told they hadn't made a decision yet - I still never heard anything: no letter, email, phone call. Obviously, I had my answer but I found this completely unprofessional, especially after going through several interviews. Ultimately, I was glad I did not get the position for that reason.
