The interview is a minimum two step process - group interview followed by interview with potential team manager. Sometimes a third interview with another manager and mentor will be arranged to find suitability. Be prepared with questions to ask the interviewer about the company and teams.

Casual yet informative. Everything you need to know about the job and what you're getting into is laid out to you in the interview. Very warm and friendly interviewers who seem to really care about finding the right people for the job. Whilst also making sure the people are interested in the position.
