Prepay Solutions interview questions

Decent interview process only annoying thing was the aptitude tests needing to be done prior to the interview. I feel like this is unnecessary shows the mindset of senior management

The first stage of the interview was a 1-hour call, to be followed up with a presentation in the office. This took 2 hours as eventually 2 presentations were requested, plus a lengthy discussion about the approach and ideas on how to run the team. At this stage it was expected that a decision will be made, but a 3rd interview with a CFO was requested. Once this happened, the company went silent, with no updates to myself or the recruitment agency. After weeks of chasing, all I've learnt was that the company 'wasn't ready to proceed at the time', with no feedback or clarification if someone else was hired. After spending 8 hours on the interviews and preparing the presentations, to be ignored in such manner, was simply disrespectful. It feels like the company never intended to hire anyone and just wanted to spend some time getting some fresh ideas on how to run the team.
