I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Presidency Solutions (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2017
Interview
They will call you several times to see if you know what you say.
All the calls are with Indian people that get angry when you do not understand them.
They will tell you lies in order to go with them.
Do not believe the "You will be training just 2 weeks", they will retain you for months without a pay.
They will promise you a lot of things and none are true.

Question 1
Are you willing to stay without a payment for 2 weeks? (it is a lie, they are moths)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Presidency Solutions (León, Guanajuato) in Aug 2012
Interview
I received a call by the HR dept, my profile was seen on the web so they called me to confirm some basic details about me. After that I sent my résumé and a lady called me to explain to me how their IT Consulting Company worked. I liked their offer and I had a more technical interview which went well too. After that I received an offer which depended on obtaining a visa, I didn't know how that would go and to be fully honest, I wasn't very confident as this online recruitment process is very new to me. It all happened rather fast for what I had expected and then while at my interview in the consulate, my visa got approved! I then prepared to come to the US and I have been working for 14 months with this company. It has given me a great opportunity and I'm very glad I took a chance.

Question 1
They asked me if I would be open to work across the US, since it is a big country it was difficult to answer. I had trouble understanding some accents at the beginining.
