Received an email from recruiting coordinator to schedule an initial phone interview. Was confirmed but when the time came, no response. Sent an email offering to reschedule but no response.

In summary the interview process was VERY drawn out. I applied to the role and literally every other week is when I would be contacted by the recruiter regarding next steps. The team I met with was very pleasant and informative though. Received an email from the recruiter apologizing about the delay in making a decision, but after that response, I never heard back.
