Good. First counter offer of my career that they basically increased my expected salary. My mind was blown, the rest of the interview was pretty much casual and they kind a ease me in to the culture of work in the company

Fast and smooth. The process only takes one week. The interviewer is very kind and accommodating. The interview did take long since most of the questions asked are more of a personal life experiences.
