Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With that said, for years we have done and currently do a 3 round interviewing process to ensure we get to know our applicants and speak about our goals as well. The intention of our interviews are not to intimidate or confuse applicants which is why they are not filled with "difficult question". The interviews are meant to educate applicants about marketing forms, test communication skills and compatibility with our team culture, and see if there are common goals for growth. I'm happy to see you had an "easy interview", that's great!
We also take pride in the timeliness and efficiency in contacting new applicants, along with being able to manage our time with the applicants in different stages of their interviewing process. Especially because interviewing is a really short portion of our day. I'm not sure how that can be a concern. Either way, thanks for your feedback and best of luck.
