I was fortunate because this job was a referral from my brother who knew and worked with the owner of this company. The interview went very well and lasted about an hour. during that time we discussed how my previous experience in the Automotive industry could be applied to the Commercial Janitorial field.

I was asked if I could be available to work the night shift at times. It seemed unusual at the time but after I got the job it made perfect sense.
