I was interviewed by the Director and 2 RCMs, and held on site at the location. They sat me down and reviewed basic caregiving questions, such as proper transferring and good practice in professionalism in while providing cares.

Bring you into a conference room with HR and the scheduler. They then ask you the typical interview questions. I had no experince, fresh out of CNA School and the interview was very easy.

It was quick, nothing very special overall very standard questions. No tricks, just seemed a little off for a standard company like prestige. Would apply again if I had no options
