It was a simple interview, more conversational. The manager had a form to fill out and other than that, very much a 'when are you available' and 'what days' kind of interview

Describe a time when you recieved good customer service?
One interview round. It was a very chill chat about my experience, life outside of work and skills. Not too difficult, its more of a communication evaluation. Like can you talk to people.

Interview
Very casual phone interview asking about my flexibility for shifts and availability to commute to different stores if needed. Briefly went over my CV but just to confirm some things, didn't want explanation.
Very easy and smooth, asked mew questions about my competency and then proceeded to show me around the area . Very enjoyable and quick . Sat down with the manager and interview lasted around 20-30 minutes
