PreventionGenetics interview questions

I interviewed with 2 different folks. There was very minimal small-talk/casual discussion which created a fairly cold and frankly uninviting atmosphere. Throughout the interview I felt more like I was being grilled about my sales knowledge, history of the lab, and what my impression of what the position would be like. It was definitely not an open-ended discussion of my skills and qualifications.

Interviewed with 4 other Molecular Geneticists and with the president/director of the company. Gave a talk to the whole company. Lunch with the team. Dinner with the director and a senior Geneticist. Tour the facilities with the director and the town with an employee.
