4 stages: screen, initial disucssion of the role with tech lead, take home coding exercise, discussion with CEO. Everyone was super friendly and the coding exercise seemed relevant for the job. The other nice thing is that during the screen with the recruiter they said I'd likely more interested in a different position they have available which was actually the case! So much better than just rejecting me.
