The interview consisted of three parts, one phone interview and two virtual interviews, one with the business partner, and one with the store manager. The process was pretty small. The only thing I wish was different was that I didn’t have to reach out to them to figure out where in the process they were with the interviews. According to the recruiter, I had a really good interview, but still wasn’t offered. The position. Part of me feels is because I was reaching out trying to figure out what the step in the process was cause it literally took about two months to find out that I wasn’t getting a job.

Very professional but at the same time relaxed. Gave lots of information about role, benefits & company including culture. The interviewer put me at ease and was never intimidating and made the whole process comfortable.
