I completed an online application and was invited for an interview. I was the only person interviewing and staff were very friendly while I was waiting in the staff room. The interview was very relaxed and straightforward. I was asked some basic info about myself and then answered a few competency based questions.

What would you do if a customer asked for an item that they had seen on a mannequin but was out of stock?

Question 1
Que significa brindar una buena experiencia de compra?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
