Interview
Easy process, however the manager who interviewed me could barely read the question in English still managed to look me down and I can read shaking the head for whatever the reason.
Not sure what they make of it as impossible to have a feedback of the interview but it was expected and glad I didnt pass it after see so called managers playing with mobile on the shop floor or conducting the interview with poor manners.

Interview
After seven months working at Primark as a Retail Assistant, I was invited to interview for a Supervisor role. How you would manage a challenging situation with a team member?
Relaxed environment - very casual they made me feel at ease . It was at their lakeside Manchester branch and they were running very late . The lady that interviewed me was very young , I doubted her experience actually she looked like she just left school
