STAR questions. Situation, time, action and result. Give and example of a time when you worked in a team, when you when above and beyond for a customer/difficult customer, when you had to communicate some information (presentation etc), when you had a large task (how did you organise), when you had to work to a high standard of quality (how did you achieve it)
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
Online application, live interview followed by a feedback. In a few days I knew their answer. The interview was no stressful at all and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable
