Interview
After applying I had 1 phone interview followed by 2 separate video interviews. Then I had 1 more "interview" but it was really just a quick video call so I could see the hiring manager. The whole process took about 4-6 weeks. The hiring manager rescheduled my phone interview a total of 3 times. Afterward, I received an offer.

Interview
Interview questions were simple, situational questions, not too complicated. I have been doing interviews for about a year and this seemed very relaxed and not complicated at all. Definitely appear confident and show them you care about the role and your impact on the business.

When looking to hire for us (shop floor assistants) and are filtering CVs, what skills and qualities would you be looking for?
Applied on the Tuesday received a call inviting for interview the following day excited!
The job description is a little vague I’m hoping I’m not on the shop floor 100% of the time. Looking forward to the interview though
