In person interview at the local store, followed by a working trial on the day of interview, carrying out sample in store activities (i.e. restocking shelves or tidying the displays)

I was taken to sign in, then taken upstairs for my interview. It was midway between casual and professional. Was given a series of set questions, some general and some specific for the role.
