I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (Birmingham, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
When I interviewed at Primark, the process started with an online application and a situational judgment test. After that, I was invited to a group assessment (or a video interview for some roles), and finally, there was a one-on-one interview where they focused on customer service skills and knowledge about the role.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primark (Plymouth, England) in June 2025
Interview
The interview took place in person and lasted just under an hour. There were two people in the room—one conducted the interview while the other observed and took notes. I was asked a range of questions focused on resilience, teamwork, how I handle challenges, and what good customer service means to me, including whether I’d experienced it myself. They also asked what I knew about Primark as a company, so doing some research beforehand was useful. The process was structured but not too intimidating, and both interviewers were professional and polite.
