The interview was straightforward and friendly. I was asked about customer service, availability, and how I’d handle certain scenarios. It felt relaxed and more like a conversation. They seemed focused on enthusiasm and flexibility rather than experience, and I heard back fairly quickly afterward

They began by asking some basic questions about what you do in your spare time, why you wanted to work there, etc. and then they took out a sheet of paper with set questions, with them writing down your responses as you went.

What benefit would you advertise gift cards as having to convince customers to purchase?
Very open minded conversation, welcoming and respectful. They were interested in asking about me as a person as well as my professional experience in my working life. They have me a full tour of the building and all members of staff were friendly

It's been so quick, because i worked in Primark but under the agent.
They asked me for some question, and been hired almost Immediately.
Interview been in the proces around 15 minutes, but i feel it's been less.
