Primark Visual Manager interview questions

One of the worst interviews I’ve had in a long time. They had zero personality. It felt like I was speaking with robots. They would ask a question and say thank you when I answered without any engagement of the answer I would give. For a creative job field the interview felt so dry especially for a title that requires working with people.
