Prime Associate Medical Writer interview questions

An online interview with two people (the directing manager of the agency and an associate director). It took around 40 minutes. I was selected for an interview after submitting my CV and chatting with the recruiter. There was also a written test beforehand. Applicants are selected based on their performance.

Unprofessional. Was not informed that I passed initial writing test. Had to chase up recruitment for two weeks after test deadline who then told me that they would like to book an interview with me. Weeks on end trying to chase up Recruitment for interview/feedback after interview. Finally got a hold of recruitment who then booked me for a second interview. During second interview, I mentioned my writing test, interviewers admitted that they did not even look at my test.
