Not sure if Prime Builders Develop, Inc. is part of the Prime Builders Group, but this review is for Prime Builders Develop, Inc. I had submitted a resume and got a fast response to come in the next day for an interview. It was the weekend and didn't wanted to be bother, but had to keep at job hunting. Although the owner, I believe, who responded to my email was responsive but he wasn't very effective at communicating since I had pointed out some typos in his message, which I was having a hard time understanding. He didn't respond to explain the errors instead repeated the same message. There was no one there to assist me when I had arrived onsite, and had to flag down a worker to get some help. Some women workers saw me through their glass cubical but kept at what they were doing like it wasn't a concern to them. A serial killer can come in and it's not even their concern--I'm just saying. Finally, the interview was dead, slow, and it wasn't going anywhere. I got a sense we weren't a fit for each other. I left in peace, the end of the story. I think this mishap wouldn't have happened if he had taken the time to screen his candidates instead of telling them to drop-in. A waste of my time, money, and breathe.
