The interview process started with a phone interview and was followed by an in person interview. This was one of the most impressive interviews I have ever had. I would go so far as to say, it was literally the best interview I have had in my 30 years of experience. The questions were very thought out and made me think in depth about what I would do or how I would respond in different situations. Julia and Kolton want the best people that they can possibly have working in their stores. I absolutely loved my experience!

Interview process was easy, hiring process took a lot and a while but worth it great pay and people everyone is so nice. They contact through email so I had to watch that. They told me I was hired about 2 weeks after my interview

Interview
Interviews were quick and to the point. Video interview to start and then in-person interview. First was with the HR department and the second process involved the District Manager.
