I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primrose Schools (Round Rock, TX) in July 2015
Interview
The in person interview process was very thorough. I was interviewed by the owners and then spent forty-five minutes in two different classrooms interacting and reading to the children. After this I was interviewed by the school director and curriculum coordinator. The whole process lasted two hours. I received a phone call from the owner that afternoon with an offer that I immediately accepted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How I would handle a child that was having a difficult day and demonstrating difficult behavior.
Long, had to wait for 30 minutes, very awkward experience. Immediately had no interest in working for the manager after meeting her. Kids were crying, the entire place did not see very kid friendly

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primrose Schools (Sanford, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I filled out an application, then spoke with the owner and one of the co-directors. They talked about their new curriculum and showed me how the typical day ran for the children. Afterwards, the co-director gave me a tour of the preK classrooms. Since I am currently under contract until July, she said she would keep in touch. They are looking to fill a vacancy at that time.
