I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Princeton Instruments (Hamilton, NJ) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process here was very thorough, at least mine was, as it was broken into three separate interviews. The first interview was with the production manager to get a feel of the process of how things work around there, then with engineering to discuss more technical knowledge. This was followed up with an interview/walkthrough with the manufacturing engineer, ending with a final interview with the VP of operations. Overall I enjoyed the process and they really seem to care about getting to know their candidates and making sure they make the best decision.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some standard interview questions such as situation handling capability, future career prospects, etc. But the questions become more technical based on the position such as electronics theory and basic knowledge of components.
