Very professional panel.Received call from the requitment team they screened the profile like first round of discussion then after few days got meeting invitation for technical discussion. Tecchinal panel know very well what open postion demand. Discussion went more than half an hour and we both came to know that I'm not right fit.

Interviewers had limited knowledge on project management area, may be due to lack of customer facing experience as they dont have such work.
They had come up with some kind of perception about delivery manager role at my current employer which is one of the biggest IT service company.
The kind of questions they had asked, I felt that they were looking for tech/team lead kind of person for their requirement.
