I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Printify (Tallinn) in July 2021
Interview
In short, it was a massive waste of everyone's time. In their online form to apply for the position, they ask your salary expectations. A question to which I responded truthfully with the salary range I was expecting.
After submitting my application, I had an initial interview with the HR person which went very well. They sent me a test assignment, a project which took more than 10 hours of my time (unpaid.) After submitting my assignment I heard back almost immediately and was offered a second interview with the woman who would be my line manager as well as another employee on the team. They were very nice and the interview went very well. Fast forward a couple of days, I get a call from the HR department, they tell me my salary expectations were way out of their pay range and ask if I would be willing to accept a salary which was less than half of my minimum requirement. I politely declined and we didn't go any further with the process.
In short, they wasted hours of my my time and the time of several of their own employees over information that I provided before my first interview. This should have been something they cleared up in the initial interview, not after multiple chats and a test task. Needless to say, I found this incredibly frustrating.

Interview
I have applied for a remote 3D designer position at Printify. The first step of the process was a creative task to be finalized on Blender. The task included modeling a low poly adjustable wrench and creating a composition render. I haven't qualified for the task but they were really good at giving feedback. I received feedback from several designers at Printify to perfect my skills on Blender. It was a fruitful and fun experience. The hiring team was very kind and attentive!
