Interview
I had a full five-person panel meeting. Upon entering the room I was informed this wasn’t a job interview, it was a personality test. We discussed leaving my current role, my experience previous, and my research interests. Generally unstructured- completed in 30 minutes.
Easy. Phone interview first, took 30 minutes, then was contacted for a group/panel interview. Very responsive. Employees were knowledgeable and had a good sense of company direction. Ended up getting the job.
