Interview process was very unprofessional. Was contacted by HR and did a introductory interview via Zoom. I was then emailed an invite a few days later for a technical conversation with the director for the following Thursday morning at 10:30AM. At 10:22AM day of (8 minutes before the scheduled call), I received an email stating that the interview was cancelled and they were moving forward with another candidate. Now I'm in no way knocking them for hiring whoever they feel fits best with their role and culture, but this was a blatant display of them not respecting someone's time and I would never want to work with a company that encourages this kind of behavior.
