PATHETIC. The so called MD knew nothing.. there was no proper offer given despite verbal confirmation of selection. Poor Infra. Poor management. HR seemed confused. JD and interview was not in sync.

What you do in HR? There was an Industry related questionnaire given which was Not at all related to HR.

Interview
I was interviewed at Noida location. They called around 1 and told that it will be done in 30 minutes. Then they make me wait for more than an hour saying that it is lunch time. First round was with an HR and only the salary expectations were asked. Second was with head HR and few basic stock market questions and about the company were asked. After that they told me to give a "Trial" for a day. Even though it sounded weird I went next day and at the end of the day they told me that HR has to leave and ask me to come next day. The next day morning they told that everything will be done before 1. When I asked at 1 they told it will be done by 2. Again at 2 they postponed for 3 knowing that I have already told them that I need to go to hospital. I then left and they told me that they will inform about joining details and salary by evening. They didn't call at all and I got a call next working day saying that I again have to come next day to discuss the details. I realised it's wastage of time as they can't even decide salary and declined their offer.

Interview
It is conducted in four rounds. First round normal introduction round, second round is written test, third round is personal interview with line manager and fourth round is HR round where salary negotiation is done.

Fist round with HR executive. Tell me about yourself, Education qualification. Then in second round Senior HR discussed about salary and leave policies, Final round conducted by CEO.
