The interview was on the phone was not a mere "phone interview" but a solely discussion of the companies' principles and ideals. They did not ask me anything but just said: "How can you contribute to our companies' standards" and just mentioned to be a team player, have synergy and be detailed oriented for everything. If you do this, you get the job

no interview required they hire people through agencies and it is not that hard to get in specially when you just start as a temporary employee. So there is no process in this interview because the agency is the one responsible for everything
