I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ProMedica (Toledo, OH) in July 2013
Interview
Two in total, first interview with a VP and CHRO and the second interview with the hospital President. Very professional and practical. I have a lot of experience interviewing so yes the situation was stressful however I prepare and it went very well. The best thing to remember is be yourself, research the organization, prepare and the interview will go well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProMedica (Atlanta, GA) in July 2024
Interview
I received a call about 1 week after applying, this consisted of a phone-screening. Next, was a call from their Regional office which was a more in-depth phone discussion about the role, the organization, seeing if the role matched my experience, and if we found mutual benefit. I was then told I'd hear back for an in-person interview if they wanted to move forward. We scheduled the in-person interview for the following week. I toured the facility, work environment, and was introduced to a few members on the interview panel. Standard interview. I was welcomed with open arms and the interview went rather well. Unfortunately, the position was not aligned with competitive pay so ultimately I do not believe they were able to meet what I was seeking tied with the market pay rate. I did receive a rejection email about a week later. Overall, nice facility and great healthcare professionals within the work environment I was able to tour.
