I was reached out by someone from the talent team directly asking if I wante to apply. Had several calls with various members of the team (Talent/Hiring Team, Team Leaders and VP), was told they were still building out the interview process(?) and would be in touch. Chased the recruiter who reached out to me but ended up being ghosted. Odd experience, and didn't seem organised at all.
I'm sure this won't be everyones experience but wanted to flag.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ProSapient
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and encouraged me to send over my CV and have an initial conversation with HR. I was under the impression that it was an introductory call to learn more about the role and see if it might be a good fit, but the interviewer dove into full-on competency based questions. I was completely unprepared and taken off-guard. After the interview, I was told I would interview with a C-level executive and was told to prepare thoroughly as it was a competency based interview. I prepared for several days and then on the day of the interview, it was a very general conversation. Didn't feel anything at all like an interview. I was told they would let me know within a week and I didn't hear back for more than 2 weeks. It was all very bizarre and off-putting and even if they had extended me an offer, I don't know if I would have accepted.
