The interview process was very easy. I was asked to describe my previous duties and experience in the position for which I was applying. The duties of the position was explained to me and any questions I had were answered.

Interview
Recruiter calls in, and ask about your experience, talents, skill set, education, accomplishments, project completions, data, money saved, etc. Then they ask about salary expectation, and availability to start. They discuss the job with you, and be transparent about the pros and cons.

Interview
Overall really good process. Test, Test, Test ... that's what they require of you. A lot of testing. And then you have to show them all that you know how to do and how you are able to get a lot out of your work and your employees and all that goes with that.
