I was ghosted by the company afterward, including the recruiter who had been messaging me on LinkedIn up until that point. Unprofessional, uncomfortable interviewing experience with a cold hiring manager who clearly didn't want to 'connect' with me when I joined the call because I didn't match her 'aesthetic'. It was obvious from the moment I got on the video call with the hiring manager that this place is looking to hire a specific aesthetic of woman on their marketing team.
