ProcedureFlow interview questions

The first interview was 15 minutes on June 16th, and the second interview a few weeks later on July 12th was with another individual. The second interview required a small mapping assignment, which was very straightforward and simple. I was told after the second interview that I would hear back either way the week of July 24th, and it's been total radio silence since that second interview. I really liked the two people who interviewed me, and felt like it would be a great team/environment to join. However, I sent 2 follow up emails a few weeks later, and got no response whatsoever. I was very confident about moving forward with next steps, but was extremely disappointed with the company ghosting me entirely after the time spent on the assignment and the lengthy process between interviews. I finally received a response almost a month after I was promised, only because I emailed both parties directly to state that I deserve a response, after putting in so much time and effort.
